Claims Specialist Leader

In a high-performing team, you will deliver effective recovery solutions by managing complex claims and guiding colleagues back to health and work with empathy and precision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of complex, high-risk claims with full decision-making authority
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with injured team members to personalise support and monitor progress
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring interactions to individual needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective recovery outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workers compensation claim management within a large organisational structure
  • Able to engage and influence various stakeholders, including unions, HR, medical professionals, and operational leaders
  • Experience applying industry best practice models and leading projects that improve injury management outcomes
