About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients, as well as performing gatehouse duties, monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems, and conducting building patrols to mitigate security and safety risks.

We are looking for a proactive and problem-solving individual who can work well in a team or autonomously, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing customer-focused solutions to various stakeholders
  • Managing access control systems and reporting any issues
  • Conducting regular site patrols to identify potential hazards
  • Responding to emergency situations and providing support to tenants and facilities teams
  • Assisting with contractor management and dock operations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship or Unlimited Work Rights
  • Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
  • Crowd Control endorsement highly desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Physical fitness to walk and stand for extended periods

What We Offer
