Medical Receptionist Relief Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable individual to fill the role of Medical Receptionist Reliever.

This position will be based at our Subiaco branch, with regular relief shifts at various SKG branches located north of the river.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high degree of computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately book procedures and manage patient accounts.
  • Update patient profiles and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • A strong Patient First focus, with a genuine passion for delivering quality patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within a customer service industry or a similar field.
