Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Optimization: Ensure efficient inventory management across regional distribution centers and retail partners' locations.
  • Parts Operations Consultation: Collaborate with retail partners to enhance parts operations and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Logistics Vendor Engagement: Engage with logistics vendors to maintain high service levels for retail partners and end customers.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Regional Parts Distribution Center Setup: Establish and manage regional parts distribution centers.
  • Retail Partner Support: Provide support for online parts issue to retail partners.
  • Regional Parts Availability: Safeguard regional parts availability.
  • Training and Process Improvement: Develop and implement training programs and process improvements.
  • Wider Product Issues Identification: Identify and address wider product issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Pricing Strategy: Establish pricing strategies for parts and accessories.
