The Role

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to support our Team in delivering targeted support and capability uplift for specialist Home Loan Sales. This role will be responsible for assisting HILMs within district through a dotted reporting line to achieve whole of role target outcomes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting business development, sales growth, and embedding sale disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HILMs within district to achieve whole of role target outcomes
  • Embed sales growth and business development capabilities
  • Apply strong credit skills and knowledge to drive sales performance
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the ANZ end-to-end Home Loan business
  • Proven sales track record and leadership attributes
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Curious nature and growth mindset

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
