Change Consultant Opportunity

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a skilled Change Consultant to join our client's team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a high-profile Risk & Compliance project with a global firm spanning both cities, working on multi-year GRC uplift projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead working groups in defining, documenting, and delivering business impacts across all phases of change deliverables
  • Proven influencing and persuasion skills to successfully implement change and influence decision-making with key stakeholders in a diverse and matrix operating environment
  • Work with Senior Management in strategic change scope for implementation
  • Present at Steering Committee and meetings on change activities
  • Process improvement implementation with problem-solving and business analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

Required Experience:

  • Proven relationship building and management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Program/Project/Change Management Skills
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management industry
  • Proven relevant experience with regulatory change, managing projects or leading large initiatives within a large, global organisation, preferably Financial Services
  • Demonstrated leadership in regulatory evaluation, execution, and compliance at a global asset management firm
  • Experience in working in the banking sector (and ideally risk or compliance) highly desirable

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading financial services firm and contribute to the delivery of risk and regulatory remediation programs. The successful candidate will be employed as an on-site contractor via Anton Murray Consulting.
