Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the effectiveness of change and confirm benefits realization.
  • Build proactive relationships with key stakeholders and influence outcomes.
Requirements
  • Change Analyst or Junior Change Management experience.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships and use a team approach to solve problems.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to engage confidently at all levels.
  • Experience in creating an inclusive environment and empowering teams.
