Job Description

We strive to deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that vital medicines reach patients on time and supporting other essential deliveries. As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager Fs-C, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing holistic support to customers in sea freight and promoting long-term partnerships.
  • Processing customer inquiries, preparing offers, and controlling order processing from acceptance to shipment completion.
  • Integrating and maintaining customer data, creating reports for analysis and optimization, and collaborating with operational departments and sales teams.
  • Expanding our portfolio of existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality.
  • To own, monitor, and drive all sales activities.
  • To ensure best-in-class customer onboarding.
  • To continuously improve processes and controls, ensuring complete and correct customer contact data, service data, and changes in our systems.
  • To manage interfaces and the exchange of information, knowledge, and data with your team and other stakeholders involved.
