About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our established and high-performing HR team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview coordination
  • Assist with creating shortlists and coordinating interviews
  • Provide administrative support for the compliance process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Utilize MS Office Suite to manage recruitment documents and data
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment or HR administration experience
  • Strong understanding of hospitality or retail is advantageous
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and coordination skills
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office Suite
