Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Milton, Brisbane on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work on Blue Collar high-volume roles across multiple projects and divisions within Monadelphous.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Recruiters to onboard employees and deliver a steady stream of talent with a strong customer service-driven approach.
- Work on diverse, challenging projects on some of the world's biggest resources, energy, and infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to the success of our business every day as part of a collaborative and cohesive team.
- Adapt to changing priorities and new systems and processes.
- Take the initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals and maintain high work standards.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience is a must.
- Previous experience working in a Recruitment environment, booking medicals, and training is highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Microsoft systems, including Word, Excel, and Office.
