Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team at our clients Brisbane office.
This temporary role will involve working closely with our clients to source and recruit top talent for their business.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Utilise your recruitment experience to screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist top talent.
- Induction Presentations: Conduct induction presentations for new intakes, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential admin support, ensuring all recruitment processes run smoothly.
- JobAdder: Leverage your experience with JobAdder to manage job postings, candidate tracking, and communication.
- Client Interaction: Maintain an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills while liaising with candidates and clients.
- Teams Collaboration: Occasionally use Microsoft Teams for meetings and coordination.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Recruitment Experience: Prior experience in a recruitment role is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with JobAdder and Microsoft Teams is highly regarded.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Well-presented and able to maintain a professional demeanour in an office environment.
- Must have full working rights in Australia, open to working holiday visa's.
