  • Drafting and Posting Job Adverts: Create compelling job postings that attract top talent and meet our company's recruitment needs.
  • Screening Job Applications and Resumes: Carefully review and evaluate job applications and resumes to ensure we find the best fit for our team.
  • Sourcing Candidates and Creating Talent Pools: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, and build a talent pool of qualified professionals.
  • Scheduling Interviews, Meetings, and Briefings: Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and briefings with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conducting Reference Checks and Processing Offers: Verify candidate references and process job offers in a timely and efficient manner.
