Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest reservations, updates, and special requests accurately, utilizing property management systems to ensure seamless scheduling and availability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in delivering high-quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment. They must be able to work effectively in a team, communicate complex information clearly, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
