System Support Specialist

This is a full-time, permanent role with the option to work from home. As a System Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing first-level support to users on a cloud-based system.

  • Provide exemplary first-level support for system issues, queries, and reports.
  • Regularly monitor usage of the system, identifying irregular activity and contacting users immediately to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, quick reference materials, and knowledge articles.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud-based systems, providing helpline support, or working in a customer service role in an IT environment. Strong communication skills, empathy, and analytical problem-solving skills are essential. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be able to work remotely from home or in the office as required.
