We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in a great opportunity within our brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a strategic social media plan to enhance brand awareness and increase engagement across organic social channels.
- Develop and execute content planning and mapping, including shoot content briefings and editing of static and video content.
- Manage and drive performance across social media channels, including owned social media content calendars.
- Build and maintain a strong social community by monitoring conversation on brand social platforms and actively engaging with the community.
- Work in partnership with the Consumer Marketing Manager to support and nurture press and influencer relationships, and manage and maintain media lists.
- Support the implementation of influencer and talent content on social and digital channels, including briefing and execution.
- Assist with the coordination of PR tasks, including product call ins, press releases, sample management, and communications calendar.
- Support marketing and wider brand team across key campaign priorities with social initiatives and content where required.
- Track and monitor account performance, manage earned media coverage, and report on performance as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Digital Communications, Public Relations, and/or Social Media in retail, cosmetics, luxury goods, publishing, hospitality, travel, or FMCG.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, and lifestyle, and the ability to develop and foster new relationships.
