We are seeking an experienced Program Governance Lead to ensure the successful delivery of our Multi Class Sustainment Programs.

About this Opportunity

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our MCS programs, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to manage without micromanaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks across MCS programs
  • Provide accurate and timely performance reporting and dashboards
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate governance committees and manage decision/action registers
  • Engage stakeholders through targeted communication and collaboration
  • Maintain governance calendars and documentation
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights

About You

  • Proven experience in leadership and governance roles
  • Strong understanding of program delivery methodologies
  • Excellent administrative and reporting skills
  • Able to lead without micromanaging and act autonomously
  • Experience managing teams and acting in higher duties
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

A National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance are required for this role. Your eligibility is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
