Job Title: Environmental Activities Instructor

The role of Environmental Activities Instructor at our centre is to deliver a range of activities to our guests, while supporting the development of new environment activities and maintaining the activity equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead Environmental Instructor in the delivery and development of environmental education and activities
  • Develop and maintain the environmental programmes offered by the centre
  • Provide high-quality instruction and guidance to guests during school residentials, including evening work
  • Contribute fully to the life and ministry of the Lendrick Muir Centre and the wider organisation

Requirements:

We are seeking applicants who have a passion for outdoor activities and a desire to combine their faith and interest in the environment to work with children and young people. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and young people in a guest environment, ideally in instructional activities, and hold two NGB Awards (as well as a current first aid certificate). A full UK Driving License is essential (preferably with D1 + E).
