Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced clinician to take on a Team Leader role in our North and South Perth Positive Behaviour Support teams. As a Team Leader, you will provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, helping them deliver high-quality services aligned with industry standards.

In this role, you will be backed by senior colleagues and the Operations Director to ensure consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus on participant outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience working with and supporting clients across various settings.
  • Experience with clinical supervision and willingness to work across regions and potential travel on a regular basis.
  • Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative manner within a leadership environment.
