Our mission is to deliver exceptional transport infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. We are seeking a visionary Executive Management Lead to spearhead this effort and drive our organization forward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading teams delivering Assets & Engineering (A&E) Management System Assurance, including the Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF). You will develop and support new and improved A&E processes and systems in partnership with A&E Directors, oversee the development and improvement of asset management system artefacts such as the asset management strategy, and implement our approach to continuous improvement and capability building.

In this role, you will champion A&E's change management approach and support streamlined communication from A&E to stakeholders. You will also build enduring relationships with key external stakeholders through influencing, advocacy, and negotiation. If you have a strong strategic executive leadership background, a background in project management and delivery thinking, extensive experience in engineering management and asset management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable strategic executive leadership experience
  • A background in project management and project delivery thinking
  • Extensive experience in engineering management and asset management
  • Proven ability to build enduring relationships with key external stakeholders through influencing, advocacy, and negotiation
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, asset management, business management or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in Quality Management Systems ISO 9001
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Change Management
