Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
">Company Overview: We are partnering with a leading Water Engineering equipment manufacturer who provide tailored solutions to the mining & utilities sector.
">Job Description: As the Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for the management of key mining accounts and the growth of our Pilbarra portfolio. Your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
">- Maintain existing client relationships along with respective sales engineers
- Customer relationship management of core products including tender submissions with Tier one miners
- Work with customers / end users on proposals and design work as required
- Communication with manufacturing team on dewatering, pumping, equipment inquiries
- Pump and valve selections, including price and submission of detailed quotations
- Training and development of sales and service teams
- Report project status, Win / Loss feedback and target projects
Key Requirements/Qualifications: We are seeking an individual with an engineering background or mechanical trade experience with pumping/slurry/dewatering equipment, a proven track record managing mining sales, and CRM and ERP System experience – tracking sales and delivery cycles.
