Job Description:

The role of Director of Service involves building a fantastic relationship with schools and partnering on school events and community engagement.

Autonomy and creative freedom are given to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

Fostering fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight is also an essential part of this role.

Managing and rostering a team of passionate educators and ensuring compliance and medical documentation are also key responsibilities.

Being the glue that connects TeamKids with the school community is crucial for success in this position.

Service Times:

Service times are from 6:45am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday, with 7.75 admin hours per week.
