We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team of experts in the field of public practice.

As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals and ensuring that all client work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

You will also be involved in the development of new business opportunities and the growth of our existing client base.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and businesses, and to develop your skills and expertise in tax compliance and advisory services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in taxation, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

You will also need to have a degree in accounting or a related field and be certified as a Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality client work
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing client base
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated services to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting or a related field
  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant certification
  • Strong background in taxation
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
