Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team leader to lead a high-performing team within our finance function.

This pivotal role ensures the accurate billing of customers, efficient collection of outstanding balances, and ongoing reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial integrity.

As a key point of contact for resolving escalations and driving client satisfaction, you will act as a mentor and coach to the Accounts Receivable team.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a leadership/management role with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and supporting the Accounts Receivable team, overseeing billing, collections, and reconciliation processes, monitoring aging reports, and proactively managing overdue accounts.

Candidates must have a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field, and proficiency in financial/ERP systems, including SAP and MoPro. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a proactive and collaborative approach to leadership and continuous improvement.

  • Lead, coach, and support the Accounts Receivable team.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Prior experience in a leadership/management role.
  • Proficiency in financial/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
