We're committed to achieving strong results and supporting our franchise partners, all while fostering a friendly, inclusive environment that values both our partners and our people.What you'll be doingOversee accurate and timely month-end close and consolidated financial reporting.Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory requirements (domestic and international).
Manage general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and internal controls.Lead and support external audits, including half-year and full-year processes.Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.Provide technical accounting guidance and assess financial risk.Lead and develop the Accounting Team, fostering a high-performance culture.Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, ATO, and senior executives.What we're looking forWe're looking for a detail-oriented and driven accounting professional who thrives on delivering accurate financial outcomes and improving core processes.
