Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in your work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed, and report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the housekeeping team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
