Job Title: Housekeeping Services Room Attendant

 

Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Room Attendant in a leading hospitality company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and ensuring the cleanliness of hotel rooms and common areas.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and efficient customer service, meeting both guest needs and corporate standards.
  • Address customer queries and complaints with tact, escalating issues and providing regular feedback to supervisors.
  • Clean and service rooms, corridors, balconies, and pantries to set standards.
  • Handle guest belongings with care while working in rooms.
  • Report all lost and found items to security.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a housekeeping function.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
