**Career Opportunity: Customer Insights Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Member Experience and Insights team as a Customer Insights Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer research, top-notch communication skills, and analytical expertise.

In this role, you will manage core elements of the Voice of Customer (VoC) Program, liaise with stakeholders across the business, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and key business decisions.

Leveraging your research expertise, you will design, execute, manage, and analyze regular customer research projects. Your findings will contribute to the development of targeted solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members.

**Key Responsibilities:**
