Job Opportunity: Water Infrastructure Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced water infrastructure specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality projects and a proven track record of mentoring emerging engineers while working on a range of projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of various water infrastructure projects including networks, desalination plants, and wastewater treatment plant upgrades and renewals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
  • C coordinate, manage, and complete projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues as part of multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and strong knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
  • Proven experience in water and/or wastewater projects within consulting and design environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership of project or technical teams, with a passion for high-quality project delivery.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills, with an interest in mentoring others.
