We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operator to fill a key role in our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to join us in maintaining the high standards of safety and productivity on our project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Operate mobile plant equipment efficiently, ensuring maximum productivity without compromising on safety.
- Perform prestart checks on machinery to guarantee operational readiness.
- Maintain a consistently high quality of work across all tasks.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in mine site rehabilitation or production environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in operating at least one of the following:
- CAT Trucks
- CAT Dozers
- CAT Scrapers
- CAT, Hitachi & Komatsu Excavators
- CAT Graders
- Possession of relevant machine operator tickets and/or VOCs.
- A strong commitment to health, safety, and employee well-being.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A valid Australian drivers licence.
- A current White Card.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of safe working practices and be able to collaborate effectively as part of a cohesive team.
