Mobile Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced underground mining environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy of maintenance data, and providing leadership and day-to-day support to maintenance personnel.

  • Leading and participating in coordination meetings
  • Validating and reviewing maintenance data
  • Working closely with the Maintenance Planner to prioritise and schedule maintenance activities
  • Providing leadership and support to maintenance personnel
  • Driving workforce planning and recruiting
  • Overseeing performance, wellbeing, and development of maintenance personnel
Requirements:

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is highly organised with the capacity to adjust to shifting demands and priorities
  • Has previous leadership experience in mobile maintenance operations
  • Has a passion for development and mentoring supervisors and teams
  • Has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Epiroc, CAT and Sandvik underground mining equipment

Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification and S26 Supervisor certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain are additional requirements.
