About the Role

The HR Advisor Pay and Conditions is a critical position within the team, responsible for the management of employee pay, superannuation, and terms and conditions of employment. As an expert in payroll processing, you will provide guidance to staff on complex pay-related enquiries and ensure accurate interpretation and application of employment legislation, policy, and guidelines.

This role takes a lead in prioritizing team work, undertaking quality assurance activities, and producing regular employee-related reporting using the SAP HR system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on payroll processing and employee compensation
  • Manage employee data and ensure accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and assurance objectives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of employment legislation and policy

Eligibility Criteria

  • Australian citizenship
  • Minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance
  • Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) prior to employment
