Role Overview

As a Senior Valuation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our valuation team, leading complex statutory-related valuation projects and providing expert advice to our stakeholders. You will be responsible for conducting detailed property assessments, preparing comprehensive valuation reports, and ensuring team compliance with government policies, and industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough property inspections and market research.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior valuation specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Eligibility/Other Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuation, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) designation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Certified Practising Valuer or equivalent with a recognised professional valuation institute is highly desirable.
