We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our civil construction team in the southern Sydney region. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of construction workers on various projects, including water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction workers on site
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met on all projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
Requirements
  • Proven experience in civil construction and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Trade certification and relevant licenses
