About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Leading Hand to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of construction workers on various civil projects across the southern Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of construction workers on civil projects
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met on site
  • Coordinate and manage resources, including equipment and materials
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in civil construction or a related field
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations
  • Sound problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
  • Trade certification in civil construction or a related field
  • MR/HR Licence
  • Confined space and working at heights certifications
