At Wilson Security Pty Ltd, we are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to fill various roles as Security Officers in the ACT Defence sector.

About the Role:

  • Location: Various sites across the Australian Capital Territory
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Weekday and weekend shifts, including 4-12 hour rotations
  • Prior experience in Corporate Real Estate or a related field is preferred but not essential

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service solutions to our clients and their visitors. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strong customer service skills to all stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and reporting any security breaches
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with the operations team and duty managers to achieve shared goals
