About this role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Casual Security Officer in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to work in a dynamic environment with a leading security provider.

Job Summary

  • This is a casual position working 12 hour shifts across Monday to Sunday.
  • You will be responsible for providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients, conducting building patrols, monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems, and identifying and reporting hazards and building faults.
  • As a Casual Security Officer, you will also provide support to tenants and facilities, manage contractor access, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

What we are looking for

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the willingness to step up into other roles as required.
  • Ability to work in a rotational roster, including nights, days, and weekends.
  • Australian citizenship and a valid NSW Security License.
  • Crowd control endorsement and current First Aid & CPR Certificate are highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
