Job Opportunity: Experienced Rosterer/Scheduler
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Melbourne North, South Morang office. Our organization is dedicated to providing care services for individuals who wish to maintain their independence at home.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time onsite Rosterer/Scheduler role based in our South Morang office in Victoria.
HOURS: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for participants and staff, ensuring shifts are covered and care needs are met.
- Manage staff leave requests, ensuring sufficient coverage for absences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both staff and participants regarding scheduling matters.
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure scheduling aligns with participants' specific needs and preferences.
- Continuously improve scheduling processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies in rosters and timesheets.
