Job Title: Legal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our team. As a key member, you will assist with litigation work, client communication, and marketing tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Litigation and case management, including preparing briefs and court documents
  • Preparing client accounts and managing diaries
  • Typing, editing, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents
  • Drafting basic correspondence and reports
  • Administrative tasks, including electronic and hard copy filing
  • Supporting marketing efforts and developing relationships with clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Solid previous experience in Workplace Relations / Employment law or Litigation law
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to develop rapport with clients at all levels
  • Enthusiastic, confident approach and team-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
