We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Project Planning and Approvals Partner. As a key member of our Capital Project Delivery service area, you will play a crucial role in securing project approvals for clients across various sectors.

Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business growth and development, while collaborating with colleagues nationwide and globally. You will be responsible for managing high-performance teams, mentoring consultants, and fostering excellent client relationships.

\Responsibilities\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead environmental assessment projects and related approvals management to support clients' capital project delivery.\
  • Build and grow high-performance teams, providing leadership and mentorship to consultants.\
  • Develop commercial strategies to pursue new business opportunities, resulting in significant revenue growth with target clients aligned with our global strategy.\
  • Drive innovation within the technical community to stay ahead of client needs and differentiate us in the market.\
  • Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to build our business and lead client and technical teams.
