  • Redesign and lead the marketing and communications function, transitioning from reactive outputs to impactful strategies.
  • Develop a cohesive brand architecture and storytelling framework that balances local service identities with group-wide consistency.
  • Purposefully shape organisational reputation through human-centred communications with clients, stakeholders, and staff.
  • Establish digital and content capabilities across web, social media, campaigns, and internal channels to strengthen engagement.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture to enhance and promote the employer brand and story at the group level.
  • Lay the foundations—systems, metrics, and a high-performing team—that will scale with the organisation's growth and performance.
