Marketing Executive Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives across our dynamic beauty category.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of marketing activity for the beauty sector, shaping integrated campaigns that drive business outcomes and strengthen our brand as a leading beauty destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category-wide marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion across in-store and online channels
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brands to deliver compelling storytelling and commercial performance
  • Plan and execute full-funnel, insight-led campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels including digital, social, CRM, and experiential activations
  • Optimize and evolve our retail media capabilities to activate high-impact campaigns using first-party data and instore activations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, visual merchandising, creative, media, and digital teams to deliver cohesive customer-first experiences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a marketing role within beauty or luxury retail environments
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading a high-performance marketing team
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel campaigns driving measurable business outcomes
  • A deep understanding of the beauty consumer including shopper behavior, category trends, content formats, and cultural relevance
  • Strong commercial acumen balancing brand-building with ROI-driven decision-making
