Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining internal controls and providing financial oversight to the manufacturing plant.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Participate in month-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reconciliations
  • Monitor and control plant costs to drive efficiency and productivity improvements
  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying and eliminating waste
  • Assist in preparation and submission of Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs)
  • Maintain and update Assets Under Construction (AUC) register
  • Ensure robust fixed asset controls are in place
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in operational finance roles in manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • CPA/CA equivalent or working towards certification
  • Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and Office 365 suite
  • In-depth knowledge of Management Accounting, Reporting, and Budgeting
  • Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of financial analysis methodologies
  • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
