As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The OpportunityOur brand-new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility in Swanbank, Ipswich will produce our multi-beverage portfolio of drinks. We are now looking to employ our Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) across the below specialist roles:
- Glass & Can Filler Specialists
- Labeller Specialists
- Glass & Can Packaging Specialists
What you’ll be doing:
You will be utilising brand-new world-class equipment, in a state of the art, industry 4.0 Greenfield facility. From commissioning to start-up and on-going exceptional execution.- Utilize various high-speed automated packaging equipment to execute our daily/weekly/monthly targets, aligned to our manufacturing plan including all deliverables and improvement initiatives.
- Achieve daily company compliance GMP and HACCP standards.
- Facilitate effective problem solving.
- Drive continuous improvement activities on the production lines.

What You need to be successfulTo enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
- FMCG beverage manufacturing experience
- Lean manufacturing industry experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
