Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our project delivery team. This role is responsible for managing commercial and contractual aspects of infrastructure construction contracts.

This position requires the ability to minimize risk and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

  • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of infrastructure construction contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of contract schedules, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with project deadlines
  • Verify that insurances, securities, parent company guarantees, and key personnel requirements are up to date
  • Process variation claims, EOT claims, and Site Instructions, ensuring accurate registers and records
  • Chair weekly commercial meetings, maintaining precise minutes and records
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in post-award contract administration within major construction or mining projects
  • Proven track record as a Principal's Contract Administrator or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of progress claims, variations, EOTs, and contract risk management
  • Proficiency in Ariba, Aconex, SAP, and SharePoint
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail
