Your Impact as a Technical Leader

As a Technical Lead, you will guide the technical direction of a cross-functional engineering crew in a cloud-native data and AI environment.

  • Lead a high-performing engineering function fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Shape the technical roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
  • Oversee design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native data solutions including real-time streaming, analytics, and AI-driven personalization.
  • Champion engineering best practices across the crew's delivery lifecycle.
  • Drive reusability and platform adoption enabling faster delivery through modular capabilities and shared services.
  • Collaborate across domains to ensure platform capabilities support enterprise-wide decisioning, financial crime detection, and customer intelligence.
  • Mentor and develop talent providing technical guidance, career support, and performance feedback to crew members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams within large-scale cloud-native data platforms.
  • Strong background in software engineering and platform architecture with hands-on experience in real-time data ingestion, transformation, and operation.
