As a Client Care Representative, you will be the key point of contact between clients and our veterinary team.

Your Day

  • You will be responsible for providing updates to clients regarding their pets' condition and treatment.
  • You will also be required to communicate with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • You will manage client transactions, including payment processing and insurance claims.
  • You will perform administrative duties to support the clinic's operations.

  • You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
