Equipment Technician Role

The impact you can make in this role is significant. Our team is dedicated to providing best-in-class equipment solutions that enable our customers to maximize their production output.

  • This role involves delivering preventative maintenance programs, diagnosing and repairing machines, and specifying necessary parts for quality service.
  • Installation of new and refurbished equipment is also a key aspect of this position.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong mechanical machinery experience, preferably with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery. Experience in computer-operated and non-automated machinery is highly desirable.

Additionally, a relevant engineering or trade qualification, such as a fitter and turner, is required. You will need to be able to work autonomously but also as part of a team.

Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft, LogMeIn Rescue, and TeamViewer, are essential. You will also need to have the ability to build strong professional relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly. A willingness to travel and spend time away from home as required is also necessary.
