Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Braeside, VIC.

This role will involve the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance-related equipment within a nominated region in support of a wider national network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules.
  • Ensuring service fleet vehicle safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing.
  • Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.
  • Providing product service training to clients as required.
  • Building and maintaining a customer base to promote financial growth.
  • Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet OEM service standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, establishing effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License.
