Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Business Development Centre on a permanent work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work to targets and deadlines, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Provide exceptional customer experience via phone and email
- Perform switchboard and reception-based phone functions
- Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance outcomes
- Participate in training and other learning and development opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with a high volume of customers, providing exceptional customer experiences, and performing various administration-based functions. They will work in a dedicated and fun working environment with opportunities for ongoing development and mentoring.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
