Leadership Opportunity in a Dynamic Psychology Setting

We are seeking an experienced registered Psychologist to lead our psychology team. Our clinic provides a range of psychological services, including short-term mental health interventions, assessment and diagnostic services, and psychological capacity building.

You will have the opportunity to lead a vibrant and well-rounded psychology team and be part of a national team of 200+ Psychologists working under Commonwealth-funded mental health service programs and the private sector. You will develop, extend, and enhance your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team and in an organisation that values your growth, passion, and skills.

While leading a team and providing psychological practice, you will utilise evidence-based brief intervention strategies and techniques from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), underpinned by person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to psychological therapy.

Requirements
  1. Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA.
  2. A car and licence.
  3. A National Police Clearance, Working With Children.
  4. Experience in delivering face-to-face, video, and telephone evidence-based psychological interventions inclusive of associated and relevant Psychological assessments.
  5. AHPRA Board-Approved status - highly desirable.
